To celebrate last May¡¯s 15th anniversary of the release of ¡°Emergency on Planet Earth¡±, the debut album of the British band Jamiroquai, the sun model Split Thump was presented by Oakley.
The limited edition of Split Thump integrates a 2Gb Mp3 reader made in collaboration with Jay Kay, the leader of Jamiroquai.
JK15 Split Thump¡¯s frame is in a printed high definition camouflage pattern with the ¡°buffalo man¡± logo, the symbol of the frontman, and removable earphones.
Every model has the Jamiroquai signature, the JK15 logo inside the temples and they will be sold with a case. The eyewear also has High Definition Optics (HDO), the standard patented by Oakley that guarantees total UV protection. The integrated Mp3 reader means that listening to music is wire-free.
All the functions and controls are hidden by the ¡°O¡± of the Oakley logo. Two of the band¡¯s numbers have been included in the Mp3 reader: ¡°Too Young to Die¡± and ¡°Emergency on Planet Earth¡±.
