How to Reduce Puffiness From Crying

When you cry, your eyes will get swollen and puffy. Even after you have calmed down and stopped crying, that the puffiness is there to remind you of why you were crying. To reduce the puffiness in your eyes from crying, follow these simple steps.

Things You'll Need:
Washcloth
2 cotton balls
Cold milk
Metal spoon
Eye serum

Instructions

Step 1 Place the metal spoon in the freezer to get it cold fast. Wet your washcloth with cold water from the faucet and dab your puffy eyes with it.

Step 2 Pour ice cold milk into a small bowl. Place the 2 cotton balls into the milk. Remove the cold spoon from the freezer and place it on your closed eyes for 1 minute each.

Step 3 Take the cotton balls that were dipped in the cold milk and hold them against your eyes for 1 minute.

Step 4 Use the washcloth to clean and dry off the area around your eyes.

Step 5 Finish reducing the puffiness from crying by applying a small amount of eye serum under each eye.
